Welcome to the Utah Water Ski Club guest area. One of the major goals of the club is to ensure that all club members have a great skiing experience by placing and maintaining quality slalom courses and docks on Utah Lake.

The club currently consists of about 60 members with permits from the state to maintain two slalom courses and two docks. Currently the Utah Water Ski Club, or any other group, is unable to obtain permits for additional slalom courses and/or docks on the lake. The club's board keeps the membership numbers at a reasonable level to allow all members a quality skiing experience.

Since we do have people drop out each year, the Utah Water Ski Club has a wait list (click here to see list) for those interested in joining the club. The club lets in a minimum of three new members each year, possibly more depending on how many drop out, projected water levels and available course locations.

To get your name on the wait list, snail-mail an application form (for application form click here) and a $20 check payable to Utah Water Ski Club, to the following person:

Once your contact information and check have been received by the membership VP your name will be added to the wait list.

**IMPORTANT** In order to stay on the wait list, you will need to mail in your $20 check to the club's membership VP EVERY YEAR BY APRIL 1st. We also recommend attending the club's service projects (2 per year) to get to know club members and help maintain the Utah Lake Marina.

The $20 goes towards maintaining the club's courses and docks, as well as helping to ensure only serious people are on the wait list. Mailing in the $20 check and contact information is the responsibility of the person on the wait list. The year your name comes up to join the club; your current year's $20 to stay on the wait list will be applied towards new member dues (all previous years wait list fees will not be refunded).

If you are already on the wait list and want to see where who you are on the list, click here. Trading with another person on the wait list is allowed under the following rules:

1. All trades go through membership VP.
2. If you would like to trade, please notify the membership VP.
3. Every spring the entire wait list will be notified by email of who would like to trade.
4. If you would like to trade up you will send in a bid to the membership VP.
5. Highest bid wins, your bid has to be at least $25 for every three spots you move up.
6. The person you trade with will be given $25 for every three spots they drop and the club will get the remainder.
