Membership Renewal
At the beginning of each season, each member needs to mail the items listed below to the club's membership director Hank Cobb. The deadline for mailing these items in is April 1.
This means the envelope needs to be postmarked April 1 or earlier.

Proof of USA Waterski membership (USA
Water Ski)
- Membership information needs to be updated on mail.yahoo.com (see bottom of page for instructions)
- UWSC membership application (Click here to download).
- Check for $125 payable to the Utah Water Ski Club (there will be a $15 fine for all bounced checks).
Proof of USA Water Ski membership, membership application and your check must be sent to:

Keys, cards and refunds will be distributed at the Provo Harbor Adopt-A-Park service projects (Two per year). To show club solidarity and commitment to Utah Lake State Park, we need everyone to participate in the service projects. Members will receive a $25 cash refund at each service project they attend. Those unable to attend will receive their keys and cards by mail.

and type in uwsc2002 as the user and send an email to Scot Chipman for
the password.
Once in, click on "addresses" then click "edit" next to your name. Make sure to update all information including email, address and phone number.
